Can any help me? I'm taking a class known as Topics in Mathematics. Class JUST started and I am confused when it comes to Sets and the Intersection/Union questions especially those involving Complements. Add on to that this venn diagram nonsense and I'm already lost. I've consulted my ebook,taken notes and it still doesn't make any sense. The problem: Show that P(AUB) >= 1-P(A')-P(B') for any two events A and B defined in the sample space S.
